She has an impressive variety of flavors that cater to all tastes—which my partner and I have, which makes the individual sized pies 100/10. From classic apple (which is divine) to innovative seasonal creations. My all time favorite: Bumble berry! Beyond the pies, it’s Sonia’s genuine spirit that truly sets her apart. She takes the time to connect with her customers, making each one feel special. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, she welcomes you with open arms and a smile that brightens your day. Sonia is an instant legend in the pie making game. She herself is an extraordinary individual with so much drive, passion, joy and love, and you can taste it in every morsel of every spoonful of her delicious treats. I've bought and tried nearly a half dozen of her goods since she's opened up, and they're only getting better. The fillings are both scrumptious and healthier than other desserts as she sources the best healthiest options, and her crust is out of this world - I've never had a pie where I raved about how tasty the crust was, but here I am.
